Phone was in great condition. Charger was not included, but once I mentioned this to the vendor, a charger was sent out that day. I am satisfied with the experience.

I should mention that I occasionally find the iPad didn't charge when plugged in. It's intermittent though so it might be my cable; definitely not a problem I'd expect the seller to detect. Other than that the device works great and was shipped very promptly!
