I had a very minor issue with the phone that I would have a hard time proving and likely wouldn't have been detected by any phone reseller (possibly minor water damage?). Ultimately, I decided to play it safe and return it. I could not be more impressed with the timeliness, willingness to listen and try to help and eventually support my return without any hassle or fees. Unfortunately, I was unable to exchange to a different phone of the same model as they didn’t have one, but based on this experience I would be very happy to buy my next phone from GadgetPickup. Thank you for your support. Honestly, had this become a hassle, I’d have stopped using Swappa and warned my friends. Instead, I will keep advocating for the service! After all this is the point of the protections put in place you cannot get from buying off the street.
