Phone was in the listed condition. They shipped my phone by USPS instead of UPS or Fedex. According to tracking, it took them two days to actually ship it out. I live less than 30 miles away from the seller location and it still took nearly one week to get my phone. They really should be using a better shipping service (i.e. UPS or Fedex). Still giving them a positive rating because the phone was in mint condition.
