I received the package at the time it said it would arrive. It came without the original box, however, it was well-packaged and there was no damage to the phone while in transit. The phone works very well and has little to no scratches on the front and back. I had to restart the phone when it arrived because it was not in factory mode, but I understand why it was sent that way. The seller left an app opened that indicated to me the overall "health" of the phone which was nice to see before resetting it.
