Phone came as described and in the stated condition. The phone is in great shape, and was packaged in a suitable manner. I do wish the phone came with the phone packaging i.e. the box that the phone was packaged in. But that has no bearing on the mint condition the phone was received. I am happy with my purchase.

The phone's touchscreen was unresponsive when it first booted up. That would have been upsetting but Swappa's process reassured me and the seller was quick to provide support. Ultimately the phone did perform as hoped and the overall experience was positive.
