I absolutely love the phone I bought. It looks like it is brand new. No scratches, chips, wear or tear. Was easy to transfer my info from my old phone to this new one. This is in no way the sellers fault or Swappa’s fault, but actually receiving it was a little frustrating as USPS could not find my address, needed me to PAY to update my address information when it was not my error that caused it. But thankfully it was delivered the next day after it was expected to be dropped off. But my experience with this seller was great. I 100% recommend Swappa to anyone and everyone looking to buy a second hand phone nearly brand new without paying Apple prices
