There was an initial issue with the device since it arrived locked, which was disappointing. However, the seller took full responsibility and was very willing to help me resolve the situation. Since I couldn't ship it back from my current location, they cooperated nicely and offered a partial refund to make up for the mistake. I appreciate their communication and efforts to find a fair solution
