We had some issues with the phone, but the seller did an outstanding job at replying very quickly multiple times and giving suggestions to help solve the issue and in the end taking the phone back and fixing it and returning it back quickly. The seller was great to work with! I have not tried again to set the phone up again since I received it but will let the seller know how it went. But up to this point the seller has been great!
