We buy, refurbish, and sell refurbish smartphones and tablets. Our goal is to provide our customers with quality secondhand devices at a discounted price. All devices are physically tested by a certified technician and then go through a 45-point inspection process using industry leading software to ensure all functions are performing as intended; and results are stored in our database for record keeping along with each the device’s serial number/IMEI. If there is an issue for any covered reason, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem. We offer a 90-day limited warranty concerning defects in materials and workmanship on all our items (terms and conditions provided elsewhere).
Shipping Policies
IMPORTANT: ORDERS WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS. IF ANY CHANGES NEED TO BE MADE TO THE ADDRESS, THE ORDER WILL NEED TO BE CANCELLED AND REPURCHASED WITH THE CORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION. DUE TO A RECENT PAYPAL POLICY CHANGE, THIS WILL RESULT IN A NON-REFUNDABLE PAYPAL FEE CHARGE OF 3.49%+$0.49 FOR DOMESTIC PAYMENTS AND 5% FOR INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS.
Orders received Mon - Fri by 3pm Central will ship out the same day via UPS Ground 2-4 business days. All other orders will ship out the following business day. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

Return & Refund Policies
Returns & Refunds:
We will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within 14 days of purchase with valid proof of purchase and provided such products are returned in their original condition, including packaging. All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, or $10 (if greater). We reserve the right to charge up to a 50% restocking fee for devices not returned in their original condition. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items unless otherwise specified. You bear the risk of loss during return shipment. Any device received damaged must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Damage reported after this time will be assumed by the buyer and the device will no longer be eligible for return.
For defective returns (other than returns of devices received damaged), our 90 day limited warranty may apply. This limited warranty extends only to the consumer who originally purchased the product from us. This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the product purchased from us for the warranty period but does not cover any damage due to unauthorized repair. With respect to any defective product during the warranty period, we will, in our sole discretion, either: (a) repair or replace such product (or the defective part) free of charge or (b) refund the purchase price of such product.
PLEASE NOTE: The IMEI/serial number will be provided through Swappa messages before shipping. Returns will not be accepted if the IMEI does not match. Any claims for non-receipt of item will result in the IMEI being reported as lost/stolen and blacklisted with the carrier. We will also report any fraudulent activity to the proper authorities including our local (and/or the offender’s) police department, PayPal, Swappa, UPS, and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).
