Seriously outstanding seller!! In fact, this was truly the best purchase experience I've had in my years on Swappa.

Despite ordering just before Christmas, the item arrived stunningly fast as promised. The packaging was simply perfect - exactly right for a laptop, from the supportive box to the air cushion sleeve. The condition of the item was indeed excellent as described (one might even say an understatement!)

Also, proactively listing the number of battery cycles rather than having to be asked was incredibly commendable. With used electronics, it's vital information and should really be standard practice IMHO. Kudos to the seller for setting a great example, and a massive thank you for everything! It is exactly what I was looking for.

PS: Sincere apologies for the delayed review. Buying this at the peak of the holidays in addition to the chaos happening here lately has made it a bit difficult to keep up with everything - but a good review was very much in order!
