Iphone 13 arrived in amazing condition!

Phone was charged, seller was nice and phone is in good shape

Phone arrived in perfect condition. Only disappointment was that the seller said in the description it would ship in 1 business day and it ended up being 2 days, which then delayed the arrival by 2 days because of being a weekend.

This sale had several issues,
1. The phone was not T-mobile ready as stated in the ad
2. On top of not a T-Mobile phone it was still locked to an AT&T customer.
They tried to work out the issue however its not a 2 min fix, more like a week fix to get that resolved and unlocked to be able to activate in my name. Seller was good with trying to resolve just a bad experience with a lot of issues that should not have happend. Phone Returned and Purchased an actual T-mobile ready phone.
