After receiving the device, the iphone 7 plus was in the good condition it was marketed to be in; however after using the device for only a few minutes it started to get very hot to the touch and now I believe I was sent a defective device. I need an explanation for this otherwise I need my money back or a replacement device which isn't defective.

The phone has a few glitches. Mainly the GPS and Bluetooth. Since the GPS does not work I can't use Google maps.
I contacted the seller and they were very friendly and they offered to pay for the repair. They also gave me a discount for the phone. Great costumer service.

We typically ship within one business day, but no more than 2 business days. We do not ship on Saturday.
We will ship to a Freight Forwarder as long as the address of the Freight Forwarder is the approved address in PayPal.

Return & Refund Policies
