Unfortunately, the phone that was shipped was unable to be activated as it was flagged as having an unpaid balance. Had to return to seller, but good communication and full refund was received.

We will ship to a Freight Forwarder as long as the address of the Freight Forwarder is the approved address in PayPal.
Return & Refund Policies
