The phone arrived quickly and well packaged and in the same condition it was described in the listing. When I tried setting up the phone it ended up not being locked to the carrier they said it was locked to so I couldn’t use it. I messaged them for a refund and they worked with me to get my full refund. Overall I was happy with the sale but before you buy from them just make sure the phone is locked to the carrier they say it is.

The camera lens has water droplets inside. I ordered this phone because of the camera. My last phone died and I really needed to use this asap. I tried my sim card and it wohldnt work. Took it to Verizon and they coyld not get it to connect to a network with any sim card.
