We typically ship within one business day, but no more than 2 business days. We do not ship on Saturday.
We will ship to a Freight Forwarder as long as the address of the Freight Forwarder is the approved address in PayPal.

Return & Refund Policies

As per Swappa & cell4pets.com policy we do not accept returns. If you purchase an item and you then decide you don't want it the buyer is required to send the item back at the buyers expense. Please contact us for a Return Authorization. All buyers remorse or incorrect address returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refund any payment in the event of incorrect pricing.
