Phone arrived in perfect condition. Only disappointment was that the seller said in the description it would ship in 1 business day and it ended up being 2 days, which then delayed the arrival by 2 days because of being a weekend.

The phone arrived quickly and well packaged and in the same condition it was described in the listing. When I tried setting up the phone it ended up not being locked to the carrier they said it was locked to so I couldn’t use it. I messaged them for a refund and they worked with me to get my full refund. Overall I was happy with the sale but before you buy from them just make sure the phone is locked to the carrier they say it is.

Didn't include everything like the ad said . Was missing the charging base for the watch . Seller offered to return item but I wasn't worth the hassle . I just ordered a base from Amazon. Video record opening products bought from this seller .
