The watch was the correct model and color as well as 100% battery health. Those are the reasons I kept it. It did not match the IEM that was given in the listing. The watch band was not the same and it was too big. I have other bands so I was able to use one of those. Shipping took longer than the stated delivery time. Communication was good.

Seller gave fake band and charger.

After Sale, the seller never confirmed the shipping.
When contact, promised shipping a next week.
Over weekend, canceled the order and refunded.

The problem is that, I lost other deal. If seller did not have the watch handy, then why did they list it and then cancel?

The watch arrived in great condition as was represented on the listing, but the seller did not mail the watch per the shipping timeline. I was expecting the watch much sooner (it was a gift for my daughter) and he kept saying he would put it in the mail, but it took several days until it was finally in the mail. Seller was responsive once Swappa got involved.
