Shipping ran into issues but outside of sellers control

The item was received as described and works perfectly but shipping was very late and did not ship until almost a week after the seller said they would ship it out.

Watch arrived still locked to previous owner and unusable. Seller ignored my communication to fix it for multiple days until I involved Swappa. After requesting refund, he didn't respond for 3 days (& I got swappa involved again). I then waited another 3 days after he said he sent refund and asked him where it was - I needed to involve Swappa again and he responded 2 days after that and finally issued the refund.
However, he issued the refund without the shipping costs. He required I setup a money transfer app for that. He then waited another 2 days (and further prodding) to refund that.
In all, it took 20 days to get my full refund. A very painful transaction!

Watch came in, in as described good condition, and seller communicated well, but shipping was way late, and seller even missed a shipping date after saying “it will ship today” then the watch arrived still paired to a phone, with settings restrictions in place. Thankfully an associate shop in my area was able to loan me an iBus tool to reset the watch. So the watch works, but very unhappy about the shipping situation and receiving it in the manner it was.

Item came quickly and well packaged, also I like the color of the band I got. Much appreciated.

Quality and price of the item are top notch great... which is a shame, since the whole kerfuffle with the shipping was extremely frustrating, to say the least.
