The seller sent a watch that was locked with someone else’s information. After some back and forth, the seller said they would refund our money; we had to send the watch back to seller at our expense. The watch was returned to seller, and we were not given a refund. Had to escalate the case with PayPal; even after that still wouldn’t refund our money. It wasn’t till I commented on the thread on Swappa detailing my intentions to send PayPal screenshots and etc...finally got the refund. We did nothing wrong. We bought a watch that was locked and seller made it very difficult to rectify the transaction.
