Hello, I received the items and they all look fine but the Switch apparently has a somewhat significant malfunction. Anytime I put the switch into sleep mode while the wifi is on, it completely crashes (if the wifi is off, it works fine). It's not exactly a minor issue since you have to sleep and wake up the switch all the time. Thankfully it still has the warranty though so I'm going to send it in to Nintendo to see if they can repair it (for free, thanks to the warranty). Disappointed, but I understand that it's a malfunction you wouldn't really be aware of without having gone through all the set up and used the switch yourself for a while. Leaving it neutral until I know if the problem can actually be fixed. Everything else was good though, the product arrived as specified (except for the malfunction part) and it arrived swiftly too. Assuming the repair goes well, I'll change the rating to positive.
