Exactly as described brand new with all the accessories as another seller on swappa this was my first phone purchased for a family member. I purchased from a different seller and received an empty box previously. This seller also shipped with fedex express which made it before new years. The only complaint is that they never updated the tracking on swappa or replied to any messages about when shipped. Overall great experience and item !
