Overall, I had a mediocre experience with this seller. The phone took longer than expected to ship. When it finally arrived it was still locked through the Apple ID of one of their technicians (they didn't let me know this until I shipped it back). The seller agreed to refund part of the sell for the inconvenience and I'm happy with the final product I received, but the process took far too long due to mistakes on their part.

The phone received is in fair condition, not good as described. The camera lens is extremely scratched. The seller provided detailed photos of all damage except the scratched camera lens. It is highly unlikely the seller could notice/take photos all the other little marks on the phone and not notice/supply a photo of the extremely scratched lens.

Edit: Great customer service to correct the issue. I've been spoiled with too many awesome used purchases. +1 star

Received an item which was not the one I had ordered. Seller stated that it was a shipping error and that mine and another buyer's phones were sent to incorrect addresses. Seller provided a return label and stated they would ship the correct phone to me.

Seller stated I would receive partial refund as compensation for the hassle, which I have not received.

Also, battery in the phone appears to be failing. Phone will power itself off at ~43%.

Fair price, but not sure was worth the hassle.

The iphone is an AT&T 64gb phone as described BUT it is not paid off and is still under contract so it cannot be unlocked through AT&T and may have future problems.....
