I'm sorry for the delay, but I would totally recommend to someone else. Device came better than described and in a timely manner.

Device was in mint condition just as advertised, but activation was not as advertised. Verizon would not activate the device as it was still on someone else's account. I was able to get around this by spending MORE money to get a new sim card. 4 stars because the phone was in mint shape and seller offered to take it back and honor their warranty. subtracted 1 stars because phone was not able to be activated without spending more money and a lot of my time when it SHOULD have been a quick easy process.

Everything was as advertised and they were very quick with both communication and delivery of the phone. The only thing that would've been nice would've been the tool to make opening the phone chip tray easier. I would have no problem buying another phone from these guys again.
