Device was purchased December 8. Nothing was ever shipped and I did not receive any response to messages until Swappa was contacted. The company cancelled my sale on December 18 due to a stocking issue and now I am stuck trying to find another phone that could get here before Christmas.

Seller waited 3 days after providing me a tracking number to tell me that they aren't actually going to ship me a device and instead are going to issue me a refund that will take 10 days to actually clear. They just held my money hostage for two weeks in total and never actually provided anything.

The seller was very professional, I highly recommend working with them! Great communication, very fast shipping, and some of the best customer service!

The phone arrived when expected and it was very carefully packaged. The phone was in the exact condition described. The battery on the device drains more quickly and unevenly than I hoped but that is to be expected of a device this age. Satisfied overall with this experience and will be purchasing again from this seller in the future.
