Very positive buying experience. Laptop was shipped same day I ordered and arrived in almost mint condition. It arrived with a fresh install of the OS so all I had to do was go through the setup and I was up and running.

This item was shipped and received very quickly. I think I received it in 3 days and I'm on the East Coast. I am transitioning over to Mac from Windows so there is a lot that I don't know yet but as far as I can tell, it seems to be working fine. I even got the original box it came in!!!

Return & Refund Policies
We take returns or exchange items if the item comes with an issue not described, if you enter the address incorrectly we will have to refund you due to Paypal policy and we will withhold 6% of the total payment to cover Paypal fees. Returns due to buyer's remorse will incur a 20% restocking fee as well as the 3.5% Paypal fee as they no longer refund the fee even when the customer is refunded.
