Phone is working great.
Phone was almost mint condition. I did find out later that the camera of this specific htc one (m7) has a product defect with the camera where the dark areas on the picture would turn pink. Luckily DAVID The overseerer of the deal informed me that HTC did a recall and offered a Free Repair. So i contacted them. Process was quick. HTC sent a prepaid box..it returned back in a week In Mint condition and Perfectly new camera! Glad to find a seller who cared and now we have an excellent Android we will be happy with for a long time..????

Shipping Policies
All orders will be Shipped Same Day of purchase if placed before 1:00PM CST (applies Mon-Fri). If a an order is received after 1:00PM it will ship the following business day. Phones are shipped with FedEx Ground.

Return & Refund Policies
30 Day returns accepted for defective equipment. A defective device may be exchanged for a working unit. A return must be returned in the same condition of purchase. Returns are processed and tested to ensure the correct device has been returned. Defective device returns will be tested and processed before a replacement unit is sent to the customer. If a defective return is claimed, but is not, the return will be processed with a $35 restocking fee. If a defect was determined to be caused by the customer, DSR Mobility will deny the claim, and the device will be sent back at the customers expense. Non defective devices will be inspected and tested. Approved non defective returns will be subject to a $35 restocking fee. The equipment is guaranteed on the carrier in which it is sold. We cannot guarantee the phone or tablet will work on an MVNO.
