The experience of the sale was not a bad one. The phone arrived, and it is in great condition. my only issue was the time it took to get it. I ordered it on a Thursday I believe, and did not receive it for about 12 days. I did not have an option for expedited shipping. It was purchased 4/26, I did not get a confirmation that the order was processed until 4/29. The item finally arrived on 5/6. The phone was fine. No issues. The electronic sim was not functional for the T-Mobile network, once I got the physical SIM card, it worked fine.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
- Item will be shipped on the same business day of purchase (Cutoff: Weekdays 2PM EST, Saturday 10AM EST).
- We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO, and Freight Forwarding addresses.
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

- UPS 2nd Day Air® (2 business days) $20
- UPS Next Day Air® (1 business days) $35
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Return & Refund Policies


- We only accept returns on "not as described" and damaged phones. "As listed" phones won't be accepted.
- Your item must be sent back in the original packaging, with all the accessories.
- No refunds or exchange on devices or products that have any iCloud, Samsung, Google account or any other accounts of that sort. Mobile phones and tablets MUST be restored to factory setting.

Note:
- A 20% restocking fee will be charged on non-defective items
- A 30% restocking fee will be charged on all items sold as 'New'
- A 3% non-refundable fee will be charged for order cancellations
