I received the wrong device, and after informing the seller they said "impossible" asked for pictures, which were sent. I did not hear another word back.
Another complaint, we finally got around to setting it up and it will not play sound, come to find a headphone piece was broken off in the headphone jack and it is broken. This company will not respond to my inquiry and we are beyond appalled by the service and poor quality of the device we received.
The iPad Pro is in condition as described. I have not tried to see if the iPad is unlocked yet but packaging was very secured and shipping was quick, including an Apple charging cable and brick. I recommend the seller.
This phone was locked. I took it to multiple T-mobile locations and they all say the same thing...locked, locked, locked. Never could get a return slip and now it's been months. Waste of money. Buyers beware!!

Return & Refund Policies
We offer a 30-day return policy. Please inspect the device as soon as you receive it so that we may resolve any issues within the 30-day return window. A restocking fee may apply to returns. If you have changed your mind and wish to return the phone or cancel your order, this is considered buyer’s remorse and we will deduct a 20% restocking fee from your refund. This allows us to cover shipping costs and fees. You must contact us for approval and return details. If you message Friday-Sunday, we will respond by end of day Monday. Our company is closed for holidays, so response times may be longer during those times.
Due to a recent PayPal policy change for order cancellation or changing address-- 5% will be deducted from the sale.
Our 30-Day warranty covers (no fees applied):
1. Manufacturer defects
(Buyer must provide a video to verify the issue if the phone is defective)
Our warranty does not cover, and fees will be applied for:
1. Damage of any type (50% restocking fee)
2. Software modifications (20% restocking fee)
3. Buyer's remorse (changed mind) (20% restocking fee)
