This phone was locked. I took it to multiple T-mobile locations and they all say the same thing...locked, locked, locked. Never could get a return slip and now it's been months. Waste of money. Buyers beware!!

This seller sent the wrong equipment, after talking they sent another one in very good condition but still not fulfilling what was agreed. It took weeks for me to return the first item because they had not given me a return label.

They thought that I was stealing the equipment, they called me a scammer, disgusting and they threatened to report me to the police and black list the cellphone.... they do not treat customers well, they are offensive and irresponsible.

I had sent the first wrong item. I'm an honest person, never disrespect someone.

Return & Refund Policies

We offer a 30-day return policy. Please inspect the device as soon as you receive it so that we may resolve any issues within the 30-day return window. A restocking fee may apply to returns. If you have changed your mind and wish to return the phone or cancel your order, this is considered buyer’s remorse and we will deduct a 20% restocking fee from your refund. This allows us to cover shipping costs and fees. You must contact us for approval and return details. If you message Friday-Sunday, we will respond by end of day Monday. Our company is closed for holidays, so response times may be longer during those times.
Due to a recent PayPal policy change for order cancellation or changing address-- 5% will be deducted from the sale.
Our 30-Day warranty covers (no fees applied):
1. Manufacturer defects
(Buyer must provide a video to verify the issue if the phone is defective)
Our warranty does not cover, and fees will be applied for:
1. Damage of any type (50% restocking fee)
2. Software modifications (20% restocking fee)
3. Buyer's remorse (changed mind) (20% restocking fee)

--Returned device is in same condition as sold
--All iCloud/Google/Samsung or otherwise accounts are completely logged out and removed
