The phone came quickly which was appreciated. The negative rating is because the condition was good not mint. The phone was not still wrapped in plastic as advertised. The sides had small areas where the paint had come off. There were numerous light scratches on the screen. The scratches were not bad enough to make me return the phone or give a negative rating. I assume the mint rating and pricing was an oversight. Also, I rceived an Android charger is a fast chargthough

The condition was good not mint. There are scratches on the body and screen. I received an Android charger that won't work with my phone instead of a fast Samsung charger. When I called them (CRP) there was only an answering machine. I had to leave a message. I excuse the phone but not an incompatible cheap charger and no one to talk to.
