Great phone ???? great price ????

I really hate giving people negative reviews. Sometimes it's just necessary.

-Bought iPhone 8 from this seller, they sent me iPhone 8 with a charger and lightning cable for an android phone.

- When I tested the phone, the speaker didnt work.

- Sent the phone back and informed the seller, but they were not responding for days after the tracking shows it's delivered. Had to ask the Swappa team to contact the seller several times to see why they don't issue a refund yet.

- When I finally received a refund, they didnt refund return shipping. The phone was in malfunction, why do I have to pay to return it?

It took almost a month from the day I bought the phone till I got my refund. Waste of time and nerves.

The phone works 100%. My two year old LG g8 had no scratches on the screen. This phone has good amount of scratches and in fun shapes too!

However, with the phone on and while using you can't tell. Just when the phone is off.

Very happy just to grab it at a great price and for the last min switch I had to do.

Phone received was in excellent condition, however has never worked consistently. Finally, almost a year later, a carrier has found that my phone is an international phone (2 SIM slots, 2 IMEI numbers) and cannot accurately connect to USA networks and "should not have been sold within the United States". I will never purchase from this company again.
