It took far too long for the seller to refund the sale, but I rated this neutral because it was the holidays.
Item as described and works as expected.
The sale was easy, and the phone came in the condition listed. For me it was a mint condition phone.
I was very happy with how quickly the seller shipped the phone as well. I ordered my phone Christmas Eve, and expected the phone to be shipped a bit later because of the holidays, but the seller shipped the phone within 24hrs of the purchase. I would but again from this seller.
Received in excellent condition. Unclear as to why my other purchase from the same company was cancelled.

We ship Monday through Friday, from Brooklyn, NY excluding legal holidays.
We ship to all 50 states within the United States and the U.S. Territories.
All order placed before 12pm EST, will be processed and shipped same day.
Choosing Next Day Air shipping on a Friday afternoon or a weekend will not be processed and shipped until the next business day.
