phone was in excellent condition as described. it was locked to verizon instead of unlocked so seller issued a refund. seller had great communication throughtout the experience. would recommend seller.

the phone is good. this is my 1st transaction on swappa but I will 100% recommend this seller. I think the seller can do even greater business if he can ping a msg on the msgboard like package dispatched to all his customers.
note; charging cable provided with the phone doesnt work. But thats ok with me

CPR Mobile was helpful overall. I made the mistake of not updating my shipping address and they fixed the problem promptly. One minor complaint was the lack of communication overall, but the ends justify the means. Phone was in even better shape than I expected--listed as "Good" but came in essentially "Mint" condition with a charger and cable to boot. At 128 GB and near-mint condition, this felt like a steal.

Without the seller's knowledge, the phone had a hold on it by Verizon. The seller expended a lot of effort to resolve this. They finally had to issue a refund. I will buy from them in the future.
