The phone had a microphone issue and I had to return it. The seller issued a prepaid return label. I forgot to include the charging brick and cable, and only after reaching out to the seller did they explain why my refund hadn’t processed. We agreed on a $10 reduction in the refund instead of my shipping back the charging brick and cable.

received the phone - initial setup and checkout look good. However, on further use we have found the front facing camera to be defective ( focuses at <6 inches and > 4 feet but not in-between?).

Shipping Policies
Shipping Day are Monday to Friday, (Saturday by 10AM EST), excluding Sunday and Holiday declared by the carrier (USPS, UPS). Your order will be ship out within 1-2business days.
We do require signature confirmation on any purchase over $750.
We are not responsible for undeliverable address or any delays caused by the carrier.
We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong address.
Orders from the United States will all be shipped out via USPS. The shipment usually takes 3-7 business days(Saturday and Sunday excluded), if you need the item urgently, please contact us for detail before purchase.
We do NOT offer in store pick up and return service.
We ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but don't ship to APO, FPO Address, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands,United States Virgin Islands.
We don't offer international shipping service.
Return & Refund Policies
We offer a 30-day return policy. Please inspect the device as soon as you receive it so that we may resolve any issues within the 30-day return window. A restocking fee may apply to returns. If you have changed your mind and wish to return the phone or cancel your order, this is considered buyer’s remorse and we will deduct a 20% restocking fee from your refund. This allows us to cover shipping costs and fees. You must contact us for approval and return details. If you message Friday-Sunday, we will respond by end of day Monday. Our company is closed for holidays, so response times may be longer during those times.
Due to a recent PayPal policy change for order cancellation or changing address-- 5% will be deducted from the sale.
Our 30-Day warranty covers (no fees applied):
1. Manufacturer defects
(Buyer must provide a video to verify the issue if the phone is defective)
Our warranty does not cover, and fees will be applied for:
1. Damage of any type (Water and other physical damage to iPhone isn't covered by warranty, Any return or refund requests will be rejected )
2. Software error (20% restocking fee)
3. Buyer's remorse (changed mind) (20% restocking fee)
Return Requirements (to be eligible for a refund):
--Returned device is in same condition as sold
--All iCloud/Google/Samsung or otherwise accounts are completely logged out and removed
--No password locks
--Device is in original box/with accessories (if included in original sale)
