I have had the phone for a very short time and it keeps shutting off. There is a problem with the battery and it never holds a charge. Very unhappy with this purchase! This is a big pain to deal with because now I am without a phone :(

Update 9/27/22:
The phone had issues about two weeks into my usage. Ghost touch issues with the screen made it unusable. Basically sold a lemon. I had to have the phone replaced via warranty through my cell provider for an extra $100 on top of the price paid for this phone. Won't buy from this seller again.

Devices physical condition was as described but two months after owning it the IMEI number was blocked by AT&T and now the seller won't respond to my messages and Swappa doesn't seem interested in helping me.

I was twice sent a phone that would not turn on once it had died -- if I tried charging it when it died, it wouldn't even show as charging. I took the first phone I received to an Apple store and they told me the battery was swollen. After asking for a new one, it took over a week to get the new one, and this new one wouldn't turn off after dying either.

This phone's microphone, the one by the ear is faulty. It sounds garbled to the person I call. The speaker microphone at the bottom works. I am not real happy. Otherwise the condition is ok. But you should have checked this. can it be exchanged

Had to return first phone because it wouldn't set up. second came without software update and had issues. Phone is working for now. Will not buy from them again and probably not SWAPPA. I order identical phone from another site that I can not mention for my daughter and it was perfect right out of the box.

Shipping Policies


Shipping Day are Monday to Friday, (Saturday by 10AM EST), excluding Sunday and Holiday declared by the carrier (USPS, UPS). Your order will be ship out within 1-2business days.
We do require signature confirmation on any purchase over $750.
We are not responsible for undeliverable address or any delays caused by the carrier.
We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong address.
Orders from the United States will all be shipped out via USPS. The shipment usually takes 3-7 business days(Saturday and Sunday excluded), if you need the item urgently, please contact us for detail before purchase.
We do NOT offer in store pick up and return service.
We ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but don't ship to APO, FPO Address, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands,United States Virgin Islands.
We don't offer international shipping service.

Return & Refund Policies


We offer a 30-day return policy. Please inspect the device as soon as you receive it so that we may resolve any issues within the 30-day return window. A restocking fee may apply to returns. If you have changed your mind and wish to return the phone or cancel your order, this is considered buyer’s remorse and we will deduct a 20% restocking fee from your refund. This allows us to cover shipping costs and fees. You must contact us for approval and return details. If you message Friday-Sunday, we will respond by end of day Monday. Our company is closed for holidays, so response times may be longer during those times.

Due to a recent PayPal policy change for order cancellation or changing address-- 5% will be deducted from the sale.

Our 30-Day warranty covers (no fees applied):
1. Manufacturer defects
(Buyer must provide a video to verify the issue if the phone is defective)

Our warranty does not cover, and fees will be applied for:
1. Damage of any type (Water and other physical damage to iPhone isn't covered by warranty, Any return or refund requests will be rejected )
2. Software error (20% restocking fee)
3. Buyer's remorse (changed mind) (20% restocking fee)

Return Requirements (to be eligible for a refund):
--Returned device is in same condition as sold
--All iCloud/Google/Samsung or otherwise accounts are completely logged out and removed
--No password locks
--Device is in original box/with accessories (if included in original sale)
