Very fast shipping, phone is clean as well. Only wish it did not come with that generic charger/usb (it does not work)

Phone arrived quickly and in great physical condition. Did not start fully on initial bootup and required a hard factory reset. After reset it booted up but said it has a custom OS (unlocked; maybe rooted?). On next boot had an error message. AT&T store unable to help. Flashed the ROM with Odin to the most recent stock OS and then worked fine.

Discovered the device was malfunctioning on cellular after activating at Verizon & notified the seller in am of Mon 7/3. Knew we'd be leaving town on Thu July 13. Difficulty reaching the seller via phone, unable to leave voicemail. Communicated via the Swappa site for replacement & RMA issued Wed 7/5. I shipped the defective back same-day & it delivered on Mon 7/10. Escalating our situation to request an advanced-exchange replacement was painful... far too many emails & delayed replies. Finally spoke with Josh on Tue Jul 11. He shipped the replacement FedEx standard overnight, but FedEx had a rare delay and it ultimately delivered after our flight took off.

We chose the seller because of positive 'Happy Path' ratings & how the few negative ratings were resolved. Mine went the 'Sad Path', and Josh's team missed an opportunity to turn a negative experience into a positive one. A+ for effort at the end, but with much better communication & execution I would've rated excellent.

Everything with the sale was good and very happy with the product. In better condition then I expected.

Love this phone except for the battery life.
