the phone was labeled as VERIZON phone and the seller sent a SPRINT phone. if one was still available, we were planning on exchanging for a VERIZON phone after our vacation but we were able to find a user for the SPRINT phone and decided to not send it back. the seller did respond within 24hrs of notification of wrong phone being sent and was apologetic and willing to fix the situation. however, this did not help with the negative rating. we were wanting the VERIZON phone for our vacation and we were left a SPRINT phone sitting in a box at home.
