Sent incorrect phone at first (honest mistake, I believe), and were a little slow to respond when messaged about it. But they covered return shipping and promptly sent out a phone even better-than-described as soon as the incorrect phone was returned to them. A very professional outfit and due to having lots of inventory they are very able to "make it right" in the event of a mishap. A+ I would definitely buy from them again!

Speedy shipping. Package was damaged by USPS (waterlogged and torn open, was wrapped in a plastic bag with apology note from postal service) but seller wrapped the device and accessories in protective bubblewrap that kept the contents of the package dry.
