Couldn't have been any easier

Avoid buying from them if you can. I received the wrong phone, and then over a week after I sent it back, I was told that my replacement phone would arrive within 3 business days. Another full week later, I was told that my phone was somehow out of stock, and I was issued a refund. A total of 3 weeks they had my money and kept me without a phone, and did nothing to make up for my horrible experience. For a "trusted seller" they have remarkably poor customer service.

Sold me a locked phone first. Then replaced it with a 16gb model instead of a 32gb model. Just kept it since it wasn't worth the time and effort.

Will buy from this seller again.
