Sale was easy and shipping was fast. Product was new in box still in plastic wrap. Can't be happier. Only caveat, is the A1549 iPhone's are "prepaid" phones. I had to contact Verizon Prepaid customer service to have them unlock the phone for use with my monthly contract. Nowhere was it stated this was the case. For my case, it was at zero cost from Verizon to have the phone unlocked to use with my regular service. But a lot of explanation to Verizon what was going on, and pointless troubleshooting just to get to a tech support representative. So expect to do a little leg work to get your iPhone to work out of the box.
