Overall, I am pleased with the product. I had some issues getting ahold of the seller to understanding shipping expectations, and upon opening the phone, there appeared to be some text messages that were not mine. This phone was sold as new, and although the unboxing felt new (everything was clean, plastic was still in place on everything, etc.), I'm not sure sure the phone hadn't been powered on and used prior to the sale.

Again, overall, this was a positive experience and the seller delivered the correct product in a timely fashion.
