I have nothing positive to say about my transaction with Consumer Electronics other than I technically received the phone they advertised.

I purchased the phone at Noon on Friday. Their page said "ships fast". It didn't ship Friday. It didn't ship Saturday. I emailed them Sunday. Monday they shipped it and told me "you missed shipping cutoff". It could have went out Friday or Saturday.

They mailed a $379 purchase USPS Priority with only $100 of insurance.

The phone showed up wrapped in paper with a thin bubble sleeve flopping around in a box with no extra padding. The phone was also greasy. I have photos.

The charger is aftermarket and so cheap it won't fit into a USB port without force so I'm only using it with the junk plug they sent so I don't damage my devices.

I asked what iOS was on the phone, they said 10.3.3. I told them that's the iOS I wanted and asked them not to upgrade the phone. They naturally upgraded to iOS 11 and I spent hours downgrading it to sync.
