Product NOT manufacturer unlocked. Also, balance due on device prevented it from being activated with carrier. Refund experience was made unnecessarily difficult by seller. Two times they stated refund was issued, when it hadn't been. Only after requesting a third time (and, getting my credit card company involved) was my refund issued.

A great phone at a great price. Was unlocked as promised and had no issues porting to Cricket wireless. Scared me at first when it came up as Verizon; (accidentally?) sent the former Verizon SIM inside the phone. Phone is in good shape (near new appearance) and battery seems to be good. Received a useable basic after-market charger; will be buying a quick-charge capable charger soon.
