Great phone, good communication. Charger lacked strong charging power,

Had some minor issues with the device when I received it but the seller quickly responded and made things right. Good customer service.

seller cancelled after purchased it...

The first time the seller sent us a phone they did so in a very timely manner and when we noticed that they had sent the wrong phone they quickly sent us a return label. This is where their efficiency ceased and it became more difficult to contact them. It was not until Swappa also contacted the seller that I received feedback. I now have the phone I purchased, however it came over 2 weeks after ordering it.

Phone (iPhone 6S) was not in the condition listed. It was listed as Good, but should have been Fair condition. The screen had many marks on it, some of the corners were dented/chipped like it had been dropped, and the ringer/silnce button on the side was also dented. The battery also did not hold a charge properly. It went from fully charged to about 85% charged with no usage, wasn't activated for service yet, just connected to Wifi with no Apps installed. And finally, it still had an AT&T payment plan balance on it.

All of these issues should have been caught by the seller, especially as they are a Trusted Business seller here on Swappa. They did cover the return shipping and processed the refund promptly though.

First phone did not work. Wifi and bluetooth would not turn on, which Apple stated is a hardware problem. This should have been noticed by the seller. They did rectify the problem after contacting them 3 times.
