I am neutral at this point. Attempted to email company as the battery dies after only 15 minutes of use. Also, the charge cord was broken so I had to buy a new one. Probably would not purchase from here again.

iPhone X listed as used in mint condition. Item was packaged with padding on only one side of the phone, several scratches on the screen, and the camera did not work on the phone. Searched the serial number and the phone had been returned before. Returned for a refund, no issue with return process.
