Product was as described

Fast shipping, phone is just as described if not better.
Packaging could have been better though. The phone was loose in the shipping box and only protected by a small piece of crumpled paper on top of it.

I thought the phone had a problem when I installed Android 8.1.0 and it became unresponsive. I contacted the seller and they responded immediately with information on how to send it back, etc. I finally got some response from the phone and it later installed 8.1.0 without any problem. I think it's good-to-go now. I'm glad I didn't need any resolution from the seller, but I'm happy they were so responsive.
