This seller was awful. My first phone had a bad battery and was crashing, so I returned it. Initially I requested a replacement, but since I was moving, I realized that my best bet was a cash refund. They didn't listen, and sent a replacement anyway. I had to ask the new owners of my old house to send it to me, which took awhile, so by the time I got it, the warranty was expired. The replacement was worse than the original. Battery life is terrible, there was a crack in the screen, and worst of all, the port is faulty, so I had to buy a wireless charger. Moving across the country was difficult enough, Consumer Electronics made it even worse. VERY DISCOURAGED. I have to live with this phone for awhile, and it's awful.
