Sound in the phone that i received is shotty and moves down on its own. Sound averages poor quality at best. Headphones or bluetooth are required. Not ideal.
All else was as the seller detailed. Delivery, cosmetics of the phone, inner workings all as expected.

Return & Refund Policies

30 Day warranty provided on all devices for functionality. Warranty starts on the date of delivery per tracking information provided. Return label can be provided for accepted claims.

Returns for any reason are fully accepted & prepaid labels provided for a FREE return experience.

Devices must have icloud accounts and passcodes removed prior to returning , any passcodes or associated accounts will result in holds and refusal of returns .

Claims for item not as described or damages must be submitted within 3 calendar days within receiving the item.
