Seller came through with quick sending phone. Phone is what was advertised, a very nice phone.

Seller listed generic charger in ad, shipped wrong cord that doesn't fit phone. Said they'd ship correct one and update sales page with tracking number. Seller backtracked twice, said it was a gift (Swappa staff said nope), then said no warranty on accessories, Swappa staff asked Seller to ship right one or do a reasonable partial refund. A month after the sale, I have neither.
So, seller says one thing and does completely differently, outside of returning everything or filing a PayPal dispute, you have no recourse even from Swappa. Bye bye Swappa, Superbdeals.tech / Qualitycells!
