iPhone 6s arrived on Saturday and was given to grandson today (Wednesday). Phone condition was exactly as advertised. Swappa recommended checklist was performed. Arrived on time (delay was due to waiting for it to arrive at grandson's house). He was able to activate it and it is working perfectly. Thank you for a successful sale!

Device as described. Packing could be more robust; phone, charger and cord in box, but no packing material surrounding the items. Charger and cord left to rattle around and cause potential screen scratches.

Arrived on time. Phone wasn't as listed. The headphones are not the original. The USB cord has been used. No SIM removal tool and no S-PEN spare tips. be careful with what they offer.

30 Day warranty provided on all devices for functionality. Warranty starts on the date of delivery per tracking information provided. Return label can be provided for accepted claims.

Returns for any reason are fully accepted & prepaid labels provided for a FREE return experience.

Devices must have icloud accounts and passcodes removed prior to returning , any passcodes or associated accounts will result in holds and refusal of returns .

Claims for item not as described or damages must be submitted within 3 calendar days within receiving the item.

Remorse returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee for shipping and processing .
